Zimmerman Features TRACE as Revenue Cycle Best Practice

TRACE was recently featured as a revenue cycle best practice in a study published by Zimmerman’s Academy of Healthcare Revenue.  Titled “Maximizing Revenue Cycle Performance Through Communication Management Technology,” the study shares insights into hospitals using TRACE to maximize collections and prevent lost revenue. Strategies include streamlining front-end processes, improving case coordination efficiency and enhancing business office workflow.

Featured hospitals include City of Hope (Duarte, Calif.), Health First Inc. (Rockledge, Fla.), University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (Little Rock, Ark.) and West Jefferson Medical Center (Marrero, La).
