City of Hope Village Uses TRACE for Patient Reservations, Financial Forms

City of Hope in Duarte, Calif., has used TRACE to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction at the Village, a temporary housing facility for the center's patients. Staff capture financial application forms with FaxCert and review them in Tracker for timely approval of reduced room rates. The reservation desk also uses VoiCert to record calls related to patient arrangements at the Village. Click here to learn more.
