Cincinnati Hospital Uses Trace to Identify Ongoing Payer Issue

A Cincinnati hospital recently used Trace to identify and resolve an ongoing issue with one of its payers. The discovery became an opportunity for process improvement with the team and a better working relationship with the payer. In the end, it helped the hospital protect hundreds of thousands of dollars that were at potential risk for denial.

Zimmerman Features Trace as Revenue Cycle Best Practice

Trace was recently featured as a revenue cycle best practice in a study published by Zimmerman’s Academy of Healthcare Revenue.  Titled “Maximizing Revenue Cycle Performance through Communication Management Technology,” the study shares insights into hospitals using Trace to maximize collections and prevent lost revenue. Strategies include streamlining front-end processes, improving case coordination efficiency and enhancing business office workflow.
